At the early stage, founders are most focused on building the founding team, developing a thoughtful product roadmap, and identifying initial customers in order to determine early market validation and product revenues.
As portfolio companies start to scale, we assist with team building, identifying additional customers, product expansion opportunities, and introductions to potential new co-investors.
Our focus turns toward broader strategic opportunities that are essential to building an enduring and valuable business, including product line extensions, new forms of capital, and strategic transactions that accelerate growth.
