Anthony Bufinsky is Head of Growth at Arca Labs, overseeing the distribution and strategy for the Arca U.S. Treasury Fund and SEC-regulated digital asset securities. Previously, he was a Managing Director at ConsenSys Digital Securities, handling sell-side origination and structuring. With over 20 years in investment banking and trading, Anthony has worked at HSBC Securities and Guggenheim Partners. He specializes in financial solutions across insurance technologies, NFTs, and various fund structures. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The State University of New York College at Buffalo and has FINRA Series 7, 52, and 63 licenses.
