Jerome Fogel

Jerome Fogel is the co-founder of Fogel & Potamianos LLP and a distinguished dealmaker, innovator, and author. He represents a diverse range of clients, including corporations, venture and hedge funds, and sports superstars. Jerome has participated in over 100 corporate transactions, covering mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, venture deals, and more. He specializes in venture funds, guiding them from formation to investment, and also acts as offsite general counsel for various companies. In sports, he advises on contracts and endorsements. Recognized as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star in 2020 and 2021, Jerome speaks at industry events and is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association.
