Nikki Troiano Gainey

Nikki Troiano Gainey is the CEO of Trivirum with over 25 years of global experience in the medical device industry. She specializes in commercialization, strategy, sales, and marketing and holds an MBA from North Carolina State University and a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Northern University. Nikki serves on the Board of Directors for Trivirum, RIVANNA Medical, and is the Chairman of the Board for Jubilee Home. She previously was Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer at YorLabs, where she secured Series C funding and a key distribution agreement. Her career includes roles at Siemens Healthineers Ultrasound and GE Healthcare. Nikki is also a certified meditation instructor, committed to community service, and has navigated significant health challenges, including a stroke and cancer, which have deepened her dedication to personal growth and resilience.
