Josh Held

Josh Held is a serial entrepreneur with expertise in finance, law, sales, and marketing. He founded Chemistry Holdings, a formulation technology company acquired by Cure Pharmaceuticals for $115 million, and Form Factory, a cannabis product innovator acquired by Acreage Holdings for $160 million. Previously, he served as Vice President of Investments at JP Morgan, managing over $100 million. Josh holds a BA from California State University, Long Beach, is a licensed California real estate broker, and formerly held Series 7 & 66 licenses. He also founded Muertos Coffee, which supports first responders and their families through proceeds from coffee sales.
