Erik C. Jenkins

Erik C. Jenkins is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in family law, civil rights, and class action litigation. He earned his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in 1997 and worked as a research attorney for the San Diego Superior Court, focusing on family law and civil litigation. After transitioning to private practice, Erik has led numerous high-profile class action discrimination lawsuits, securing multiple seven-figure outcomes and shaping the direction of discrimination law in California. In addition to his civil rights work, Erik handles complex family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, and spousal support, and is active in private dispute resolution through mediation and collaborative divorce. He is a member of the Collaborative Family Law Group of San Diego. Erik is also dedicated to pro bono work for Native American tribes, assisting with legal issues unique to Native communities and serving as an associate judge for the Intertribal Court of Southern California. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts, Federal District Courts, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
