Jamie Mason

Jamie is a Southern California Market Leader in BDO’s Assurance practice with over 20 years of experience serving public and private audit clients across various industries, including technology, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, software, manufacturing, and services. He has worked with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies and those in automotive and insurance sectors. Jamie specializes in revenue recognition, business combinations, share-based compensation, complex financial instruments, foreign currency translation, consolidations, and SEC reporting. He is a member of BDO’s national audit innovation and efficiency committees and serves as a financial accounting specialist for income taxes. Jamie also facilitates training on various topics and has extensive experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 audits of internal controls. BDO is the fifth-largest accounting firm in the world.
