Constantine Potamianos

Constantine is a co-founder of Fogel & Potamianos LLP and a seasoned business lawyer specializing in corporate and securities matters. He advises on business formation, public and private offerings, venture capital, M&A, SEC compliance, and corporate restructurings. His expertise includes business strategy, corporate governance, and technology licensing across industries like biotech, healthcare, IT, and energy. With a diverse background, Constantine has served in the U.S. Army, worked as a systems analyst, held roles in federal government, and co-founded consulting and engineering firms. He was previously Chief Strategy and Legal Officer at The IPN, Inc., Chief Legal Officer at AudioEye, Inc., and Vice President of Investment Banking at a New York-based firm. Constantine holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, an MBA from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, a B.S. in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland, and a B.A. in Economics and Government/International Relations from Georgetown University.
