Among the notable and very successful life sciences companies she has guided from inception are: DexCom, NovaCardia, Oncternal Therapeutics, and Prometheus Biosciences. In the aesthetics space, Lauren co-founded Alastin Skincare, where she played a crucial role in integrating scientific research and ingredient development, thereby creating a new and dedicated category for pre- and post-procedure skincare.
