Sam Najewicz

Sam is an Assurance Partner in BDO’s San Diego office and a Leader in their Life Sciences and Technology Industry Group. He manages financial statement audits, internal control financial reporting, and reviews. Sam has experience with clients in varying stages of the development spectrum from early-stage startups to well-established public companies. He has served a variety of industries, with a focus on life sciences, but also including specialty finance, retail and consumer products, and technology. Sam has considerable experience with audits of SEC engagements, including reviewing SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, and registration statements), Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance, initial public offerings, and comfort letters. Sam also has experience facilitating local and national trainings on a variety of topics. BDO is the 5th largest global public accounting firm with over 1,600 offices in over 160 countries.
