Ayn Lavagnino

Ayn is an R&D executive with over 30 years of global high-tech experience, spanning startups to Fortune 50 companies. A 20-year HP veteran, she has held roles in innovation, business creation, and product development, including Senior Director for HP’s Imaging & Printing Business and GM for a $250M accessories business. Ayn has also consulted for startups and holds degrees in Materials Science & Engineering from Stanford and Rice. Currently, she is VP of Business Development at Sperry Bio, leading efforts to develop groundbreaking medical devices like the Sperry Micro-coring Instrument to improve skin graft healing outcomes.
