Dave Justus has over 20 years of experience in growing venture capital and private equity-backed businesses, driving transformations, and achieving successful exits. As a key executive, he played a crucial role in increasing Tebra’s valuation from $196 million to over $1 billion, Avetta’s from $95 million to $530 million, and Appriss Retail’s from $10 million to over $90 million. At Tebra, he enhanced the GTM function and grew ARR from $60M to over $200M. At Avetta, he resolved foundational issues, rebuilt the GTM function, and increased ARR from $40M to over $70M. His tenure at Appriss Retail involved navigating economic challenges, driving growth strategies, and leading the company through two M&A exits.
