Dr. Eric Hanson

Dr. Eric Hanson, MD, MPH, is dual-board certified in aerospace and preventive medicine, with an MPH in epidemiology from Johns Hopkins. After serving in the U.S. Air Force as Division Chief of Science & Technology for the Air Force Medical Service and Chair of the CDMRP, he now leads two companies: MILMED Connect, a Techstars portfolio company, and Tier Seven. MILMED Connect advises medtech, biotech, and pharma companies on navigating federal processes and accelerating commercialization. Dr. Hanson has authored five books, holds nine patents, and secured over $300M in non-dilutive funding throughout his career.
