James Welsh

James is a highly accomplished financial and operations executive with over 20 years of experience driving business transformations across multiple industries. His career began as a senior business planner at Pepsi Bottling Group, where he played a pivotal role in operational audits. He later served as a senior member of a national project team at Sears Holding Companies before transitioning into the travel industry as Chief Financial Officer for OARS (Outdoor Adventure River Specialists). Most recently, James was CFO at Winton-Ireland Strom and Green, one of Central California’s largest independent insurance agencies, specializing in agricultural properties throughout the bread basket of Central California. Currently, he is a manager at Grimbleby-Coleman Advisors and Accountants while pursuing his CPA license. James holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Sacramento State University, an MBA from the University of the Pacific, and an MS in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.
