Michael James Gaetke

Michael (Mike) Gaetke is a seasoned construction industry professional and entrepreneur based in San Diego, California. After starting his career as a laborer in 1978, Mike became a General Building Contractor in 1986 and eventually acquired Adamo Construction, Inc. in 1997, rebranding it as Adamo Security Group, which specialized in military and defense facilities. In 2020, he sold his interest in Adamo and founded Vector Reach Consulting, LLC, focusing on real estate development and investment. A devoted follower of Jesus Christ, Mike is passionate about developing servant leaders and serves on the boards of several non-profits, including Africa Servant Leadership Development Initiative, Multiplication Network, and Orval Butcher Missions. He has also led numerous short-term mission trips to build churches and homes in Central America, Brazil, and Mexico. Mike has been married to Cathy for 40 years and they have three children and two grandchildren.
