Peman Montazemi

Peman is a seasoned technologist with 24 years of experience in developing and commercializing medical products for startups and Fortune 500 companies. He has managed up to $200 million in P&L and led teams of 250, successfully launching 12 products globally. Peman has contributed to major acquisitions, including Advanced Bionics by Boston Scientific and etap by Schneider Electric. He holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from USC and an Executive MBA from UCI. A registered Professional Electrical Engineer and Certified Scrum Master, he specializes in product development and commercialization of medical devices. Recently, Peman has focused on reducing dental clinic noise through his invention, Finally Quiet!, to support his wife and other dental professionals facing hearing loss and tinnitus.
