Sam Zaidspiner

Zaidspiner is a seasoned medical device launch executive with 35 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, and business development for medical, industrial, and consumer markets. His international expertise spans regulatory, manufacturing, and distribution projects across countries such as China, Mexico, Brazil, Canada, and more. From 2001 to 2010, Zaidspiner was the founder and CEO of Slingshot Product Development Group, which launched over 100 products for major companies like CR Bard, Kimberly-Clark, and Coca-Cola. His leadership helped the firm gain a reputation for innovation before it was sold to senior employees. In 2010, he spearheaded the development of Irrisept®, a class 2 medical device aimed at reducing surgical infections, serving as COO and guiding the company to extensive distribution and growth. Over 3 million units have been sold, supported by numerous independent studies. Since January 2023, Zaidspiner has been the COO at MedWatch Technologies, where he is focused on developing and scaling a needle-free Continuous Glucose Monitor and a health monitoring platform.
