Steve Blair is the Co-Founder and Partner at BlueDot Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on financing and developing software, data, and technology-enabled businesses, particularly in Transportation Technology, Wireless Technology, and the Internet-of-Things. Known as a disruptive technology “Market-Maker,” Steve has a proven track record in accelerating value creation through innovative commercialization and operational execution. He has extensive expertise in building and leading high-performance sales and client service teams, particularly in early adopter markets. Previously, Steve was Senior VP of Sales and Client Services at Spireon and Co-Founder of FleetHD, where he excelled in strategic sales and revenue generation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Communications from the University of Arizona.
